I’m Mary Scott, Designated Managing Broker of MMS Realty Inc. I’ve spent more than 19 years working hands-on in real estate as a Realtor, investor, property manager and managing broker.
My experience goes far beyond helping people buy and sell homes. I’ve purchased investment properties, completed renovations and flips, managed as many as 285 tenants at one time, worked with contractors, helped investors evaluate deals, and guided clients through the real-world decisions that come with owning real estate.
When you’re buying, I’m helping you think about the condition, the numbers, the neighborhood, potential repairs, financing options and how the property fits your long-term goals. When you’re selling, I’m looking at positioning, condition, pricing and what we can realistically do to help your property compete. And when you’re investing, I understand that the numbers have to make sense.
MMS Realty is intentionally small. When you work with MMS Realty, you work directly with me. You’re not handed off to a team or passed from person to person.
My goal is simple: give you straightforward information, help you understand your options, and help you make the real estate decision that’s right for you.
